Matt is an Executive-in-Residence for the Penn State Black School of Business, a board advisor for the Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies (IBE) Program, and also leads the Entrepreneurship/ Intrapreneurship Certificate program.

Matt graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has created several intrapreneurial positions for himself throughout his career, in addition to founding, co-founding, and exiting several start-up ventures. He and his teams have led many technological innovations, created new consumer product categories, innovated new business models, and Matt has also written a series of entrepreneurship workbooks to help others do the same.

Matt and his wife of over 27 years, Mary Beth, enjoy the outdoors, traveling the world, and mentoring anyone needing financial or entrepreneurial services.
